Light to moderate rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places across the country in the next 24 hours commencing at 9 am yesterday.
Day temperature may fall slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
“Light to moderate rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Barishal, Mymensingh, Chattogram, and Sylhet divisions and at a few places over Dhaka and Khulna divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over the country,” said a Met office weather bulletin on Thursday.
Maximum rainfall in the last 24 hours as of 6 am yesterday was recorded 113 millimeters (mm) at Tetulia in Rangpur division.
