A two-member team led by Stefan Kohler, Co-chair of the International Recovery Platform (IRP) in Denmark, paid a courtesy call on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr AAMS Arefin Siddique at his office on Wednesday.
Other team member was Richard Lorenz, a DU press release said on Thursday.
During the meeting they discussed various issues including undertaking joint collaborative research programmes by the University of Dhaka and IRP, Denmark.
Vice-Chancellor Prof Arefin Siddique apprised the team members of a brief history of Dhaka University as well as various democratic movements in Bangladesh including the Liberation War and Language Movements.
