DANCE DRAMA ON BEGUM ROKEYA DAY: Yesterday was Begum Rokeya Day. On the occasion of marking the day, Rokeya Award was given at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre. After award giving ceremony, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina enjoyed the cultural performances. Under the direction of Kabirul Islam Ratan, the dance drama was presented by Sohel Rahman, Upoma, Priyanka, Sinthyea, Mim, Nrityalok Sangskritik Kendra and 70 dance artistes of Shishu Academy in the cultural programme which was enthralled by the Prime Minister. The participant dance artistes are seen at a photo session after their performance of dance drama.
