`Daktar Gali, a lane in West Malibagh has been in dilapidated condition for long as muddy and sewerage water are being stagnant causing sufferings to local residents as well as pedestrians. The authorities concern seemed to turn a blind eye to reform the lane. This photo was taken on Wednesday.
