Dr Md Abdul Muyeed, director general of the Department of Agricultural Extension, along with his daughter tested positive for coronavirus.
The Krishibid Institution Bangladesh made the disclosure through a press release on Saturday noon, saying they are undergoing treatment at Kurmitola General Hospital in the city.
Besides, Md Nurul Alam Patwary, chief trainer of the Agriculture Training Institute, is undergoing treatment at the hospital with fever, respiratory problem and some other health complications, it said.
