To observe the day, Marine Science Faculty of the CVASU brought out a colorful procession on campus at 10 am yesterday. Students and teachers of the university joined the procession which was led by CVASU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Gautam Buddha Das.
A discussion meeting was also held at university auditorium followed by the procession. CVASU Vice-Chancellor attended discussion as the chief guest while CVASU Fisheries Faculty Dean Prof Dr Nurul Absar Khan presided over the program. Science and Technology Faculty Dean Prof Dr Jannat Ara Khatun, Prof Dr Mohammad Alamgir Hossain, Assistant Prof Dr Sheikh Ahmad Al-Nahid also spoke the meeting.Among others, Prof Dr Poritosh Kumar Biswash, Registar Mirja Faruk Imam, Director Prof Dr AKM Saifuddin, Director Prof Dr Mohammad Mesbah Uddin were present also present at the discussion.
