Bangla Club defeated Old Ideals by 38-19 goals in the day’s first match of the Cute Premier Handball League at the Shaheed (Captain) M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium on Saturday.
The victorious team had a 19-9 goals lead in the first half. In the day’s second match, Surjodoy Krira Chakra beat Menjis Krira Chakra by 25-22 goals at the same venue.
The winners trailed the first session by 10-13 goals.
In the day’s third match, Arambagh Krira Sangha overcame Prime Sporting Club by 37-24 goals at the same venue.
The winners led the first half 20-13.
In the day’s fourth match, Narinda Progoti Boys Club thrashed Dhaka Mariner Youngs Club by 39-22 goals at the same venue.
The victorious team led the first session by 21-10 goals.
