The internet server of Chittagong customs house became operated after 10 hours though the time for reinstallation of the server earlier fixed 24 hours, a customs sources said. Customs sources said the installation works of SAS cable was completed by 10 am on Thursday . The server is reopened immediate after installations.
Sources said Oracal is installing SAS cable across the world as the NBR is Oracal based server technology for which 10 hours required to install the SAS cable instead of earlier declared 24 hours. During the insallation period, no customs manifest, bill of entry, bill of export, bill of lading was submitted to customs server.
