Grameenphone customers on Sunday interacted with the company’s CEO Michael Foley at the first session of the HelloGP programme at the Dhanmondi Grameenphone Center.
HelloGP is a specially designed programme to improve the quality of service and customer experience through interaction and direct feedback from GP subscribers, said a press release.
