Chittagong Bureau :
Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET), Bangladesh and the Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Indonesia signed a general agreement to foster international cooperation in education and research on June 03, 2015 at Bali in Indonesia.
The Vice Chancellor of CUET Prof. Dr. Md. Jahangir Alam, Director of Research and Development of UGM, Chairman of IFOST Headquarter Prof. Dr. Chi Mo Park, General Chair of IFOST 2015 Prof. Dr. Panut Mulyono, President of Mongolian University of Science & Technology (MUST), Prof. Dr. Baatar Ochirbat, Director of Harbin University of Science and Technology (HUST), China Dr. Xi Zhaohui, and one of Organizing Chair of IFOST 2015 Prof. Dr. Kaushik Deb were also present at the signing ceremony. The purposes of this general agreement are to promote and expand international understanding, development, and cooperation by stimulating and supporting educational, professional and intercultural activities and projects among students, faculties and staffs of CUET and UGM.
