Vice Chancellor of Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology(CUET) and Advisor of NICHE Project Management Team Prof. Dr. Jahangir Alam, Dean of Architecture and Planning and Project Director of NICHE/BGD/081 Project Prof. Dr. Md. Hazrat Ali, Associate Professor of Civil Engineering Deptt and Niche project coordinator Dr. Riaz Akhter Mallick attended the seminar and meeting on ‘ Capacity Building for Higher Education on Integrated Water Resources Management a CUET (Niche/ BGD/ 081) held at Netherlands from March 22 to 28 last. Under the fianancial assistance of Project, the seminar held at the UNESCO Institute for Water Education, Delft, Wageningen University (WU) , Netherlands.
In the meeting, the ongoing progress of the project and its future planning was elaborately discussed and unanimously decided for intensifying the mutual interests between CUET UNESCO-IHE and Wageningen University . With continuation of the project implementation, a workshop was scheduled to be held at CUET on May 10, 2015 , a sources of CUET said.
