Proctorial team of Chittagong University (CU) yesterday recommended to expel a student of Management department, reportedly an activist of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL), for one year on the charge of assaulting to visually impaired students.
Confirming the matter CU Proctor Monirul Islam said that we recommended to Board of Residence, Health and Discipline of the university to expel him for one year as he failed to submit answers of show cause notice, made earlier, within fixed time.
