The Court has granted bail for 17 Bangladesh Chatra League (BCL) activists who were accused of the Chittagong University (CU) Shahjalaj Hall cache.
M Nurul Huda, Chittagong District and Sessions Judge had granted the bail on Wednesday.
All of the activists are member of Varsity Express (VX), a shuttle train based political group of CU BCL.
It may be mentioned that, on December 14, 2014, in a BCL factional clash between VX and CFC (Choose Friends with Care) left a student named Taposh Sarker killed.
