CU Fine & Arts Institute again fails to hold exam

The Institute of Fine and Arts of Chittagong University repeatedly failed to hold exam against the BCL activists blockage. The institute authority were forcibly postponed the another exam on Monday last thanking to BCL activist blockage.
BCL activists at 8.30 am yesterday kept at least eight rooms of Fine and Arts, while the students were rehearsing to perform in the Pahela Boisakh and the second year student came to attend the exam. BCL activist Mofazzol Hossain Mofa allies Tiger Mofa, a second year student of Fine and Arts department was suspended from the university for one year on charge of sharpening the Ram da during a clash between two groups of Chhatra League.
After his suspension the institute taking examination but failing to appear in the examination Mofazzol Hossain Mofa and dozzons of BCL activists kept the institute lock and key with including super glue.
CU Proctor Ali Azgor Chowdhury told this correspondent that we informed with a letter to take initiatives to hold the exam peacefully but the police forces was failed, adding there is continuing preparation to celebrate the Pahela Boisakh. Mofazzol Hossain Mofa said, I apologized to the all concerned persons and gave statement that I wouldn’t involve in any untoward incident, violating the rules, adding no other case was found against him before the incident.
