CU embargoes on Help Desk

Chittagong University authority has issued an embargo setting up help desk of voluntary organizations in the forthcoming admission test under 2017-18 academic session . At the same time, embargo also imposed on buying guide book and taking preparatory exam from the admission seekers staying residential halls.
Besides ,Mobile Court will have in 12 centers including campus and outside for preventing fraud and immediate punishment .
These decisions yesterday were taken at a meeting on law and order at Fine and arts institute in city.
The Vice Chancellor of the University Prof. Dr. IftekharUddinChowdhury chaired the meeting. The representatives of 12 centers outside the university were also present in the meeting.
According to the sources the admission test will be held in the 12 colleges outside the university. these centers have been asked to strengthen additional security like university centers.nearly 500 law enforces including executive Magistrate of Hathazi will be engaged in these centers.no one will be allowed to serve” Help Desk” along with no one will be allowed to sale note book or any kind of suggestion. Meanwhile, there will be no proposal to take any model test from the admission-seekers of the residential halls in the admission test.
Chittagong University Assistant Proctor LitonMitra said that all the activities of the admission test are going on online. It will not be necessary to help the help desk in the past, so no person or volunteer organization will be allowed to set up help desk. In addition, addition, to oversee the overall affairs a visible control room will be inside the university and another control room will be proctor room.
