The teachers of Chittagong University have celebrated the 49th anniversary of Chittagong Univeristy in a befitting manner.
Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Iftekhar Uddin Chowdhury inaugurated the function by cutting the cake yesterday morning.
Chaired by Dr Iftekhar Uddin Chowdhury, former VC Nur-uddin Chowdhury, Senate Member Prof Dr Imran Hossain, Prof Dr Souren Bishwas, Dean Prof Dr Sekandar Choudhury, CUTA President Dr Mohammad Abul Mansur, Acting Registrar Dr Kamrul Huda and Proctor Ali Azgor Chowdhruy among others spoke on the occasion.
Dr Iftekhar urged all the students and teachers to assist the government for reaching the 2021-Vision, taken by Premier Sheikh Hasina.
He also asked to form a communal harmony based country where no militant groups will be existed.
