The annual inter-game competition of Chittagong University was ended yesterday after a two-day-long contest among the students of the varsity.
The prize giving ceremony was also held after the end of the contest.
Earlier, Vice Chancellor Prof Anwarul Azim Arif on Wednesday inaugurated the competition by floating balloon and festoon while Pro-vice Chancellor Prof Dr Iftekar Uddin Chowdhury presided over the event.
Concerned authority sources said, around five hundred students participated in the contests, held at the central fields of the university. Inter hall competition was held before, they added.
Meanwhile, the national flag was hoisted by Anwarul Azim Arif while varsity flag by Dr Iftekar Uddin and Olympic flag by Muazzem Hossain during national anthem.
