This was revealed by National Board of Revenue, Internal Resources Division .
According to NBR , the net wealth excluding the liabilities , the top effluents are assessed .
The highest net resources owners are the rich or affluents accordingly. In the list of the affluents , most of them are hailed from the port city.
According to info of NBR, business personality Showkat Ali Chowdhury popularly known as Disco Showkat of Chittagong topped the list of the richmen among the 20 listed richmen.
His exhibited resources before the NBR is Tk 275 crores and next position occupied S Alam Group which position in national level is 14th with resource of Tk.120 cr. Haji Younus stands next position with exhibited resources of Tk.105.76 cr.
Haji Younus Ahmed is the chairman of Younusco Group and Director of United Commercial Bank . His national position of effluents is 16th.
