UNB, Chittagong :A court here on Sunday placed garment trader Enamul Haque, arrested for financing banned militant outfit Shaheed Hamza Brigade (SHB) on a 5-day remand.Judge of Banshkhali Senior Judicial Magistrate Court Sazzad Hossain passed the order after members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) produced him before the court seeking a seven-day remand.On Saturday afternoon, members of Rab-7 arrested Enamul, son of Matiar Rahman of Joyanta village in Jessore district town and owner of a garment factory named ‘Golden Touch Apparels’ in Turag, from Taltala in Turag area of the capital Dhaka around 2:30pm on charge of financing banned militant outfit Shaheed Hamza Brigade (SHB). Later, Enamul was shown arrest in a case filed over recovery of huge explosives and firearms from inside a hill in Banshkhali upazila of the district in February last.
