The Chittagong units of Jubo League will host a Mejban in the port city on the occasion of its founding anniversary.
The founding anniversary of Juba League is scheduled to be held on Novemebr 11 next.
The traditional Mejban will be organised on Novemebr 16 next and the rally will be held on November 22 at Laldighi Maidan.
The Chittagong district North, South and City units of Juba league will jointly organise the programme.
Mejban will be held at 55 venues in different parts of the city.
In this connection 55 community centres have already been booked for holding the mejban.In each community centre, 2 cattleheads and 3 goats will be slaughtered.For this reason, a total of 110 cattleheads and 165 goats will be slaughtered in the city.
The convening committees have taken a budget of Tk 20 million for this purpose.
The members of the convening committees will provide the expenditures of the programme.
