On the occasion of the Golden Jubilee of Independence of Bangladesh and Mujib Year, Chittagong Field Hospital Foundation has started one healthcare programme in the port city every month.
Last Friday, free healthcare and medicines were provided to more than 100 patients in West Goalpara area of Ward No 22. Corona epidemic is a unique organisation in the field of medical services.
Bidyut Barua is the founder of the foundation.
He said about the service activities, Chittagong Field Hospital was the address of medical trust of the common people during Corona period.
The Foundation is working in the service of ordinary indigent people. In the future, there are plans to set up a free medical hospital for the poor and indigent.
In collaboration with Varna School Social Organization, Home Hospital, Rotary Club of Chittagong Prime, Rotaract Club of Medical Community and Albion Group, Dr Chittagong Field Hospital Foundation.
