Chattogram Bureau :
Railways Minister Nurul Islam Sujan has said that passengers will be able to travel by train from Dhaka to Cox’s Bazar via Chattogram in June next year.
He said this while addressing a signing ceremony of signaling and telecommunication system at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Railway Bridge at Railway Building on Sunday.
The Minister said, “You will be happy to know that Sagarkanya will be able to travel from Dhaka to Cox’s Bazar by train in June 2023.”
Secretary of the Ministry of Railways Humayun Kabir and other officials were also present at the time.
