All accused in a sabotage and arson case against 22 BNP leaders, activists including Mohanagar Joint Secretary Md. Shah Alam have been by the court of Speedy Trial Tribunal of Chattogram on Tuesday .
The case was filed against the BNP men in 2012 .Judge of Speedy Trial Court and Metropolitan Magistrate Md. Khairul Amin pronounced the release of all accused in the case in a verdict of the final hearing on Tuesday .
Adv Abdus Sattar defended the accused . Court sources said a sabotage case was filed by police on May 13, 2012 following the clash between police men and the BNP activists infront of party office at Nasimon Bhaban in the city during meeting of BNP led 18 party alliance.
