Chittagong Abahani recorded a 2-1 goals win over Soccer Club Feni in the Bangladesh Premier Football League held on Friday at the Bangabandhu National Stadium.
Chittagong Abahani went ahead early in the 5th minutes as forward Javed Khan’s well- judge shot went past Feni goalie Masud Ahmed Uzzal following a cross of Al-Amin. (1-0)
Midfielder Masuk Mia Jony doubled the lead for the port city team in the 35th minutes. Jony’s header after a cross of Abdul Hannan entered into the net (2-0).
Wassiou Okalawon reduced the margin for Feni Soccer in the stoppage time of the second half pushing ball into the net capitalising on a cross from Fakrul Hasan Kamran (2-1).
With the day’s win, Chittagong Abahani earned 4 points from five matches while Soccer Club remained at their previous collection credit of 1 point playing the same number of outings.
