Barrister Sheikh Fazle Noor Taposh. Member of Parliament, Dhaka-10, presented the crest to the martyr’s family present as the chief guest at the posthumous award ceremony of martyred intellectual scientists in BCSIR. This program held in 23 March Officers Club of Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (BCSIR) says a press release.
Chief guest Barrister Sheikh Fazle Noor Taposh said that three martyred intellectuals of the BCSIR in the country’s Liberation War. Harinath De, Dr. Amin Uddin and Dr. Siddique Ahmed, along with others, will remember the nation forever.
The special guest was at the ceremony, Dr. Mohammad Waliuzzaman, former Chairman BCSIR and Muhammad Shawkat Ali, Member (Finance) BCSIR. Presided over the function by Kazi Akteruzzaman, BCSIR retired scientist and officer Welfare Association.
