The cover unveiling programme of the book of Keeping Gloves was held at the Media Conference Room of Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur on Monday.
The book is the autobiography of former captain and wicketkeeper of Bangladesh National Cricket team Shafiqul Haque Heera. Shafiqul Haque Hera was the captain of Bangladesh’s first appearance in ICC Trophy.
Heera served as a manager for Bangladesh National Cricket team in several times.
Sports Reporter Shamim Chowdhury edited the book and Mutual Trust Bank Limited published the book. The price of the book is Tk six hundred. It is available in the book stall of Amar Ekushey Grantha Mela.
Former vice-president and former general secretary of BCB Raisuddin Ahmed unveiled the cover of the book as the chief guest.
Chairman of the Mutual Trust Bank Limited Rashed Chowdhury, former executive committee member of BCB Shakil Quashem, Director Of BCB Ahmed Sazzadul Alam Boby, former captain of Bangladesh National Cricket team Gazi Ashraf Hossain Lipu, veteran Sports Journalist Muhammad Quamruzzaman and Sports Reporter Shamim Chowdhury were present on the occasion, among others.
