2 children who were cousins in relation met their tragic end when they were drowned in a pond of the village Savarerpar within Dhansagar Union Parishad under Sharnakhola Upazila in Bagerhat district on Friday noon, according to a report received here. The ill-fated children are Mahim (8) and Soham (8).
It is learnt from the relatives that deceased Mahim was the son of one Enamul Hawladar of village Balipara in the adjacent Pirojpur district came to the village Savarerpar under Sharankhola Upazila in the district in order to pay a visit to his maternal grand father Sayed Hawoladar’s residence along with his mother a few days ago. At the same time deceased Sohan, son of Idris Hawladar came from Dhaka to his grand father Sayed Haowladar’s residence along with his mother to pay visit to the same. Within a few days a good relation was development between the two.
