A Chittagong court yesterday asked police to conduct re-autopsy on the body of a Naogaon judge who was found dead at a city house on September 16.
Metropolitan Magistrate Faridul Alam passed the order following a petition filed by Kajal Barua, CID inspector of Chittagong Division and also the investigation officer of the case. On September 16, Kazi Abdul Hasib Mohammad Sayeed, 45, Additional District Judge of Naogaon, was found dead at the residence of his second wife Sanjida Ahmed Mishu at Mollapara in the city.
