The Senior Special Judge Court of Dhaka on Tuesday directed the authorities concerned to confiscate the moveable and immoveable wealth worth Tk 46 crore of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia’s former Adviser Mosaddek Ali Falu.
Dhaka’s Senior Special Judge (in-charge) Md Al Mamun passed the order after hearing on Tuesday.
Earlier, Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Deputy Director Gulshan Anwar filed a petition to confiscate the assets of Falu.
