A Dhaka court yesterday (Thursday) issued ad interim injunction on the seventh national council of BNP’s student-front Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) in a case filed by Amanullah Aman, former Religious Affairs Secretary of JCD.
Judge Nusrat Jahan Bithi, Fourth Assistant Judge of Dhaka passed the order yesterday afternoon after recording the
statement of the plaintiff. Ten leaders including BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir have been made defendants in the case. The court also issued show cause notice asking them as to why the JCD council of September 14 will not be adjourned.
