A couple received bullet injuries when unknown miscreants opened fire on them in the capital’s Nawabpur Road area on Sunday afternoon.
The victims were identified as Abul Sarder, 40, and his wife Rina Akhter, 35, police said.
Quoting the family members of the victims,
Sentu Chandra Das of the Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) police outpost said that some unknown miscreants fired at them while the couple were crossing the area at around 3:30pm, leaving them injured.
