The Homecoming Day of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was celebrated at Comilla University on Sunday.
CoU brought out a rally, led by its vice chancellor Prof Emran Kabir Chowdhury, on the campus. Parading different streets, it was ended in front of the Bangabandhu sculpture at 11:30am.
Later, a discussion ceremony on the significance of Bangabandhu was held at 411th room of the university’s admin building.
Teachers, students, employees, among others, attended the event.
