Abdulah-Al-Musayeb, CoU :A group of 20 students and teachers of English Department of Comilla University (CoU) has travelled to India as part of SAARC study tour recently. With an aim of exploring the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) countries, the students have visited the country from May 20 till June 5. In India, they visited Agra fort, Tajmohol, Delhi, Shimla, Monali, Rabindra-bharati Bishabiddyala, Shanti Niketon along with other religious, cultural and historical sites, markets, and had meetings with the students and teachers of Indian Universities.The tour developed understanding and imparts knowledge among the students on different cultures, historical places, Universities, and types of weather in 15 days trip.The students not only enjoyed thevisit but also learned a lot. To mark the tour, the department has taken an initiative to bring out a souvenir and a photo exhibition also.
