Coronavirus Demands Cautiousness & Consciousness

Coronavirus is now the synonym of panic and epidemic. Scientists are concerned about a new virus that has infected tens of thousands of people and killed thousands. The virus, which emerged in the Chinese city of Wuhan in December, is a coronavirus and belongs to the same family as the pathogen that causes severe acute respiratory syndrome, or SARS. It causes a respiratory illness called COVID-19, which can spread from person to person. It is a unique virus with unique characteristics. Both COVID-19 and influenza cause respiratory disease and spread the same way, via small droplets of fluid from the nose and mouth of someone who is sick. Coronavirus is also the name of a new terror. The World Health Organization (WHO) declared coronavirus a global health emergency.
The virus spreading from China has already spread to Australia, Israel, and several other countries around China, including Israel. The mortality rate of the infected and the dead has deeply concerned the world. The World Health Organization has already issued a warning. Bangladesh is also not free from the life-threatening virus. It is true that if the outbreak of COVID-19 intensifies, several Bangladeshi migrants might return to Bangladesh for their safety. There has been much speculation and conjecture about how Bangladesh has remained immune to coronavirus that has already affected more than sixty nations.
Panic everywhere; when, how the virus spreads in the country again! Meanwhile, the government has brought back 312 Bangladeshi students detained in Wuhan province of China.
This move of the government is being praised in the highest regard. But to protect yourself and your family from this deadly virus, it is important to have a good idea about the virus. The word Corona means light. The virus is named as coronavirus, like the sun radiating from the sun. Humans and animals can be infected by this virus.
The main symptoms of coronavirus infection are difficulty breathing, fever and cough. After the virus is infected, it can take up to a week for the infection to appear. The first symptom of this is fever. Then dry cough, sore throat, runny nose, etc. Even breathing can occur within a week?
In this case, common cold and cough should be checked by nose, throat and blood to confirm whether it is coronavirus or not. Then, according to the results of the test, treatment should be taken. Given the complexity of the diagnosis and the lack of availability in Bangladesh, there is a possibility that there might be undetected patients of coronavirus silently spreading it among others. The earlier we diagnose the patients, the faster we can treat them.
The intensity of infection is still unclear in Bangladesh. We have limited numbers of healthcare workers, hospital beds, support staff, ventilators, and other equipment -and would struggle to respond to a surge in cases of the virus. It is however also possible that we may not have to deal with a surge in the virus. I believe the outbreak of novel coronavirus depends on environmental factors such as air temperature, PH-a measurement of the potential activity of hydrogen ions -and relative humidity.
First of all you need to be self-conscious to avoid this infection. Since the virus is new, it has no direct treatment, but it can be easily avoided if it is done systematically.
The WHO has already advised people to wash their hands regularly. It is also advisable to cover the nose and mouth during coughing and to avoid cold and flu. University of Hong Kong said. Gabriel Leung says, ‘If you’re sick, use a mask; And when you are not sick, use a mask to avoid contact with others. ‘
As a cure for these diseases, it is necessary to avoid contact with the virus, to follow the advice of doctors, to wash hands repeatedly, to not touch the nose and mouth with hands and to use a mask when out of the room. Apart from public awareness, the government also has to play an effective role. Citizens in a country affected by coronavirus should stop or stop their arrival. There is a need to conduct nationwide awareness programs to protect the health of the people. My bosom friend who is a prominent doctor emphasized on the following effective steps and strategies not only for getting rid of coronavirus but also for avoiding the risk of coronavirus.
As the virus hasn’t entered Bangladesh yet, the government should focus more on creating awareness about the disease among people like the following steps.
There should have isolation queue, especially at the thermal scanner placed at passageways for those who fly from abroad. Physicians should provide symptomatic treatment such as medication for fever, cough and cold. Health sector insiders should have no clear idea about the government’s preparations. To facilitate the especial isolation units with at least five beds and additional single bed isolation unit equipped with intensive care unit, expatriates should be advised to use mask from the airport and take private vehicles instead of public .On the other hand, To avoid the risk of coronavirus, Avoid close proximity to the patient. Handshakes cannot be coaxed. Do not touch the pen, mobile, key ring, money, coins, jewelry, furniture used by the patient. These include the common room temperature A virus and RNA for several hours to several days in active form. The patient’s eyes, mouth, nose, hands cannot be touched or touched. If you sneeze, cover your face with elbows and sneeze. Everyone has to practice washing hands regularly. Minimum 20 seconds with soap. The patient should be kept as far apart as possible. It will not spread the disease. If the patient is himself, he should be separate from everyone.
You have to cover your face during sneezing. Use masks if needed. Cups, cups, glasses, straws, etc. cannot be shared. One cannot eat several at a time. Do not touch the handle or button to use the door, stairs or elevator.
