Booster doses are being given at various vaccination centres in Chattogram through a special campaign to prevent corona infection.
This vaccination programme will continue till June 10. On Saturday at 9:00am, a crowd of people was seen coming to the City Corporation General Hospital to get vaccinated.
Booster doses are being given on priority basis to the disabled, elderly and women.
In addition to the permanent centers, two centers are being set up in each ward of the metropolis for the application of booster dose, said the Chief Health Officer of CCC Selim Akhtar Chowdhury.
He said booster doses would be given to a total of 600 people a day in each ward with 300 people in each centre.
