A corona virus consciousness meeting and mask-leaflet distribution program were held at Bonpara bipass in Baraigram upazila under Natore district.
The infection from corona virus has increased in Natore district recently. On the occasion, Bonpara Highway Thana Police arranged a consciousness meeting on last Wednesday to control and prevent the infection from corona virus.
The meeting was presided over by Bonpara Highway Thana Incharge Officer Khondaker Shafikul Islam. Bogura Regional Highway Police Super (SP) Munsi Shahabuddin was present as a chief guest while Assistant Police Super (ASP) Royhan Hossain, Chairman of Baraigram Bus Malik Samity Lecturer Abdul Karim and Chairman of Upazila Sramik Samity Mostafa Bepary were present as special guests. Also local officers, constables and elite were present at the meeting.
Chief guest Munsi Shahabuddin said, you should not go out from the house, if necessary you must use mask, during coughing use tissue paper. If you suffer from fever, go to doctor for advice. Firstly save your life, then work.
At the end of the meeting, police distributed one thousand mask and leaflet among the drivers, helpers and passengers of the vehicles on Bonpara- Hatikumrul road.
