Cooperation sought to improve quality of edn

Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Professor Md Akhtaruzzaman sought cooperation of all teachers for maintaining congenial academic atmosphere on the campus and improving quality of researches and education.
“To turn the university into a global standard institution and make it rank one of the best universities in the world, all constructive suggestions and opinions of the teachers will be highly appreciated,” he said this on Thursday while addressing a view-exchange meeting with the university teachers at Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban on the campus.
He sought cooperation of all concerned to make the academic and administration activities of the university more dynamic.
DU Pro-Vice Chancellor (academic) Professor Dr Nasreen Ahmad, Treasurer Professor Dr Kamal Uddin, Dhaka University Teachers Association (DUTA) President Professor Dr ASM Maksud Kamal and General Secretary Professor Dr Md Rahmat Ullah and Different Faculty and Department Dean and Chairman, different Institutes directors and teachers were present at the meeting, among others.
