A 3- day-long Annual Convention of Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at, Bangladesh has began yesterday at its National Headquarters at 4, Bakshibazar Road in the city with a call to spread the universal teachings of Holy Quran and Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SA). Maulana Shamsad Ahmad Nasir, Regional Missionary of USA and representative of the Supreme Head of the worldwide Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad inaugurated the convention. In his speech, Maulana Shamsad Ahmad Nasir discussed about the significance of Ahmadiyya Annual Convention in the context of contemporary world situation and emphasized on the responsibilities of Ahmadi Muslim. ” About five thousand members of Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at attended the convention. In the concluding session, Hazrat Mirz Masroor Ahmad (atba), Supreme Head of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community will deliver speech through Muslim Television Ahmadiyya (MTA) from UK at 5.30pm on Sunday.
