Customs Intelligence officials at Chittagong Shah Amanat International Airport seized 900 cartoons of contraband foreign cigarettes yesterday morning .
These contrand goods were recovered from a cargo flight of Emirates Airlines landed in the port. The recovered cigar’s estimated cost is about 35 lakh taka, sources said.
Asstt. Commissioner of Customs Intelligence Selim Reza told that acting on secret information, anti-smuggling campaign conducted in the cargo flight aand managed to recovered these contraband cigars.
