Computer Source emerged as the champions of the 5th Raman Lamba & Daulat-Uz-Zaman T20 Cricket Tournament beating Tex Style BD Limited by 13 runs in the final at Dhaka Residential Model School & College Ground on Friday.
Elected to bat first, Computer Source piled up a mammoth total of 205 for the loss of four wickets in the stipulated 20 overs and then restricted Tex Style BD Limited to 192 for the loss of nine wickets in 20 overs.
Mustahid of Computer Source remained unbeaten with 74, while Badhon made 40 and Lablu scored 34 runs.
Gourav and Deepak of Tex Style BD Limited took one wicket each for 32 and 30 runs respectively.
Joy of Tex Style BD Limited notched up 54, while Faisal hit 40.
Arif of Computer Source claimed four wickets at the cost of 56 runs. Arif was adjudged the Man of the Match.
After the final match, Principal of Dhaka Residential Model School & College Brigadier General Md Abdul Mannan Bhuiyan distributed the prizes among the winners as the chief guest.
