Hundreds of commuters have stranded at different points of Mirpur in the capital as the transport workers observed their strike for the second consecutive day on Wednesday.
Commuters expressed anger as the strike causing troubles to reach their destination.
Thought, one to three buses are on the road at Mirpur-12, but those are full of passengers. Several buses are kept parking on the main road.
The workers have been staging demonstration since Tuesday due to disagreement over collecting new bus fare from passengers.
The agitating workers gathered in front of Purobi Cinema Hall at 8am yesterday and forced the passengers to got down from the buses.
Police, later, removed the workers from the road.
