Health Department of Chittagong set up a community clinic on emergencybasis at Tripura Para under sitakunda upazila in chittagong from yesterday following the deaths of 10 children and falling sick with unknown disease there.
Civil surgeon of Chittagong Dr Md. Azizur Rahman siddiqui formally inaugurated the clinic yesterday morning at No.5 ward of the upazila . Earlier Civil surgeon declared to set up a community clinic there on July 29 last while visited the affected areas. In his inaugural address, civil surgeon said 11 thousand people wll get medicare services from the clinic and will get medicines free of cost.
