The postal department on Sunday released a commemorative postage stamp of Tk 10, a first day cover of Tk 10, a data card of Tk 5 and a special seal marking the golden jubilee of the armed forces day.
Post and Telecommuni-cation Minister Mostafa Jabbar released the stamp and first day cover of Taka 10 each and the data card of Taka 5 from his office here, a press release said.
Mentioning that the Bangladesh Armed Forces is a symbol of courage, self-confidence and pride of the nation, the minister said that the members of the Armed Forces are playing a very important and essential role in the national development activities.
