The Annual Commanding Officers Conference of the Corps of Engineers of Bangladesh Army was held on Thursday at Engineer Center and School of Military Engineering at Qadirabad Cantonment in Natore.
Colonel Commandant, Corps of Engineers and Chairman (BEPZA) Major General Muhammad Habibur Rahman Khan Engineer in Chief, Bangladesh Army, Area Commander, Bogra Area, Director of Engineering, Commandant, Engineer Centre and School of Military Engineering, Commanding Officers’ and Officer Commanding of all Engineering units attended the conference.
The Colonel Commandant of the Corps of Engineer laid emphasis on realistic, modern and innovative training to members of the crops. Noting that the Corps of Engineers is technical, equipment based and specialized arm, Major General Khan said training must be compatible with the technological advancement to meet rapidly changing complex situation of the modern warfare.
