A College student was hacked to death by his rival groups at Bhairab bus terminal of Kishoreganj on Tuesday night over supremacy.
The victim was identified as Mohiuddin Proval (18), son of Hossion Bhuiyan ,a Union Parishad (UP) Chairman in Mosapur under Roypura upazila of Narshindi.
On information, CID Police recovered the dead body from Bhairab bus terminal and took it to Bhairab Model Police Station.
According to Proval’s father UP Chairman Hossain Bhuiyan said that members of a teenage gang led by Antra often demanded money from Proval. They were threatened with death if they did not pay the dues.
Bhairab Model Police Station Officer-in-charge (OC) Md. Shahin told the New Nation, there is no gang in Bhairab even though there are Juvenile. The body was sent to Kishoreganj General Hospital mourge for autospy.
However,no arrested have been made so far.
