Ingredients :
We need 1-2 cups of suji
1-2 cups of grated coconut
Milkmaid
caster sugar as per taste
Method:
Start with roasting the suji till it turns light brown in colour. Add grated coconut to suji and then keep it aside to cool.
Followed by adding the caster sugar, and 1-2 spoons of milkmaid. Mix everything neatly. Now you can make round balls of the mixture.
Sprinkle coconut powder over the round laddoos. Let it cool in a refrigerator. Take them out and you can also add some more coconut powder to garnish the laddoos.
Your dish is ready to be served.
