Two cocktails were exploded in front of Islamic History Building of Chittagong Government College Wednesday afternoon. However, no casualty or arrest was recorded in this regard.
Officer-in-Charge of Chawk Bazar Police Station Aziz Ahmed confirmed the matter adding that receiving information police rushed to the spot and investigation has been continuing by the police in this regard. Chittagong Govt. College is one of the prestigious educational institutes of the country. But Islami Chhatra Shibir has been dominating the College during the last three decades. Recently Chhatar League activists have occupied the College campus.
