A court in Chittagong has again rejected the bail petition of the Manager of Cosco shipping lines AK Azad who detained in cocaine scandal of chitagong earlier. Metropolitan session judge Md. Shahenoor rejected bail petition yesterday.
 Mentionable that his bail petition was also rejected earlier on July 12 last by the same court, govt counsel Advocate Fakruddin Chowdhry said.
 The sunflower oil laden container was sealed off by DB police on June 6 last sensing the news of existence of cocaine inside the oil drums. . In the cocaine scandal, 6 persons allegedly involved with the cocaine import so far.
 These detained are – Manager of Prime Hatchery Golam Mustafa Sohel, Manager of cosco shipping AK Azad, Busines Executive of Mondol group Atiqur Rahman, officer of an security firm Mehdi Alam, C&F officer saiful Islam and the real estate trader Mostafa Kamal.
 These detained persons were quizzed by DB police with different terms, sources said. Sources said these edible oil was imported under the importing firm Khan Jahan Ali Limited of Khatungonj, Chittagong, sources said.
