For the first time in the country with the participation of the country’s leading band groups a festival under the title of Coca Cola-Channel i Band Fest 2014 – Powered by Symphony is going to be held on the premises of Channel i office in the city’s Tejgaon area on December 1.
Sixteen band groups will perform in the festival, which will be jointly arranged by Coca Cola and Channel i.
The festival will start from 11:05am to 5:00pm, which will be telecast live on Channel i.
Band groups – Uchcharon, Different Touch, Obscure, Prometheus, Arc, Black, Bay of Bengal, Tirondaj, Chirkut, Dolchhut, Artcell, LRB, Shunnyo, Radio Active, Parthibo and Joler Gaan will take part in the band festival.
This was announced at a press conference held at Channel i office on Wednesday where Director and also Head of News of Channel i Shykh Seraj, Director of Coca Cola Bangladesh Shadab Ahmed Khan, high official of Addison Group on behalf of Symphony mobile Rezwanul Haque, band legend Ayub Bachchu and on behalf of promising band groups vocal of Chirkut Sumi spoke in the conference.
Therefore, Tipu of Obscure, Mesbah of Different Touch, Tony of Black, Linkon of Artcell, Hasan of Arc, Biplob of Prometheus, Rahul and Konok Aditya of Joler Gaan, among others, were also present on the occasion.
