A day-long medicare camp was organised for the poor and underprivileged people on Thursday last at Raj Rajeswar char -a remote area on the other side of the mighty river Meghna under Chandpur Sadar.
In observance of the Birth Centenary of the father of the nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Bangladesh Coastguard(BCG) Chandpur arranged this free camp from morning till afternoon.
A total of 392 poor and underprivileged men, women and children received free medical treatment and essential drugs.
